Lack of response!!!

A week ago (Friday) I placed an order online - on the Wednesday, 3 working days after placing the order, I was unable to get through on the phone number supp****. I eventually sent e-mails, to which I was told that they would get back to me... still nothing... then I received an email on the Thursday afternoon (almost an entire week) to say that there was no stock of what I had ordered. I have now asked for a refund and to cancel my order... still waiting for a response!!
