Conning

My family and I went through the Tolgate only for half hour and then my cousin who was in the first car, asked for a day pass for all of us (three cars). When it came our turn the cashier took our money not saying that he was told we all going through with day passes. When we came back we confronted him as well as the Manager (Musi) but he insisted we offered him money. If we had offered him money then that is called a bribe!!!! They refused to give our money back and he came scott free on this because he had an attitude and just left while the conversation still went on. I tried phoning them and mailing them, but to no avail. I don't even want my back anymore just the fact that he was a ***** and **** to everyone saying we offered him money but he didn't even give us a choice of day pass or going right through even though he was told we all are taking a day pass. What ****es me off, it wasn't the first time he might have done this to someone and it can happen again.
