Very Dissappointed! This is how you loose clients

Home Improvement on a public holiday. My builder miscalculated the amount of concrete required. No problem. Chapmans Hardware is open till 12h00. It's 11h44. So I race down there. Get there at 11h52. I ask for the concrete and they won't supply because it's closed. How can you say that you are open till 12h00 and then not serve your customers? If I was late, I would understand. If you close at 12h00. Then close at 12h00. Don't close early. I certainly wont be shopping there again. Ever
