Poor Service

kindly assist on the poor service that i am receiving from Chapiro Decor, they gave me a quotation for Kitchen Unit (R17500,00) on the 15/04/2015 01:26 and made payment sameday 15/04/2015 03:16, My unit still half done not finished and the agreement was I pay the deposit of R11 000,00 and the balance when they finish the job.
