Totally unacceptable!!!!

I bought a brand new Asus Laptop from Chaos computers in Kenilworth.

The battery was faulty and wasn't charging. I took the laptop in and asked them for a new laptop and was advised that they will have to send it away for repairs. They can't give me a new laptop as a replacement as the policy is that the laptop must be repaired because of warranty.

Just over 1 month and no feedback from Chaos, eventually I called Chaos for feedback and was told they fixed my laptop. The battery and motherboard was replaced. This was a brand new laptop I bought... not a refurbished one.

Last week, I experienced the same problem with the battery AGAIN and my laptop would not go on YET it was previously repaired

Back to Chaos, same procedure... I asked for a new laptop or refund and was declined again. They have once again sent my laptop in for repairs. I use my laptop for work purposes and had a report due which was on the laptop.

I will never recommend Asus laptops nor would I recommend Chaos computers in Kenilworth.
