Chaos computers useless staff

Had an extremely rude employee who was asked to set up my rgb fan's, tell me the controller was faulty, i asked him to then install the led strip but he refused to do that or install my hard drive. I then went to youtube a tutorial which proved my fan controller wasn't broken. Easiest R100 spent to never trust a business again.
