Chaos computer

took my laptop to Chaos Computers to repair a hinge issue. It was functioning properly before the repair. However, they were unable to fix the hinge and now the laptop has a new problem - the battery isn't working properly. When I turn it on, the screen remains blank. Additionally, some of the laptop's *****s are missing.
