Spa could not provide service, late on refund

In preparation for my friend's wedding, a group of us booked a full day spa treatment at Chante's Spa. We arrived on the day and were served with breakfast but told an hour or so later that the Spa's the******s did not show up. They could not accommodate us with the service we booked and paid for well in advance. We all took one day's leave from work and some of the members of the group traveled from as far as Thabazimbi. We then had to make last minute arrangements to be accommodated elsewhere, effectively ruining what was supposed to be my friend's special day right before her wedding. On top of that, Chante's Spa still has not refunded us despite the fact that they guaranteed a refund within two weeks.
