Worst service ever

Chantelles Pick a Tyre Brakpan - The worst service ever. The owner is the worst.!I went to fit 4 new tyres, my car had vibration after that went back and ask that they re-do the wheel alignment and fitment. When I got there only the workers was there i spoke to one of them and they said I could park my car so that he can do it. The owner came in later and started shouting and asking why is this car standing here and he slammed on the bonnet of my car, I ignored it the at first but then he came back and slammed my car again and then I approached him and asked what his problem was. They are rude and un-professional and definitely do not know what they are doing as the tyres was fitted wrong and when I called the lady out to tell her then she even argued that it does not matter (yellow/red dots on the tyres) I insisted that they do it like I want and now the vibration is gone. They will never see me again.
