bad service

i bought the bag within three days of purchase the bag handle broke took it back they fixed instead of exchange i took it back it was fine but after a week the same problem occurred again the bag got torn in different places all at once and we are talking about a bag that is not even 2 months old,when I took it back the so called manager offered me R50 to go fix the bag instead of him exchanging it.My biggest problem is i went to his shop and took another bag and he said I can keep that bag but now he is threatening the staff that until i bring that bag back he will not pay them ,this guy is arrogant and rude i don't know if he even know what is customer service,I just want my money back and he can keep his bags.
