False advertising and theft

I was introduced to an investment pool by a work college, which i started out on.My first investment was made and received so to say my first payment which is regarded as my own money back.The week after me and over 300 investors has invested money into the investment pool and have not received a dime. My complaint is not just for me but for the rest of the 300 or more people who are struggling to get our money back from this lady.She keeps promising moneys will be transferred as soon as she gets a income but no feedback on what the next step is.There are many out there that are taking her to court , but as we know its a long process. Can anyone help us get our money back effectively?
