Paid for installation of water purifier

A close friend of ours paid for a water purifier to be installed at her house. The guy came to install some of the features, then she paid for the it fully. This was not installed after fully paid and waiting for any response since the 3rd of Feb. <br> <br> The contact details of the so called company is: ***.
