Unauthorised debit order

I am seeking assistance with an unauthorized debit issue. Despite approaching my bank, Capitec, they directed me to contact the company, Change U Deserve, who made the deductions.The company is refusing to refund the amount of R1341.00 and R200, claiming reasons I dispute. I have tried to resolve the matter with them, but they are uncooperative
