Please assist with paying my money back

I enquired about the products December 2024 and decided I will not proceed in January I changed bank accounts closed an acc with the same bank then re opened it that left me with all records archived not certain if the bank will be able to retrieve information also did not continue with my order because I wanted to wait till I have a full 3 months bank statement in January 2025 I spoke to a girl by the name of Nontando who advised it was Ok to for me to order even if my bank statement shows one month salary in I just must send a 3 months bank statement I Did on the 17th of January i Paid R200 delivery fee and I was advised by the same agent that after the payment my hair will be shipped she came back to me about my order in December that I did not persue and I told her that order was not placed so after about 4 weeks I speak to two rude supervisors one called Londi that said I was lying I cancelled a Debit order in December and asked her to send me the record that shows I accepted a Debi Mandate and she did not till now Please help I need my money back they are not providing me with a solution all I am getting is inconsistency with information and no one wants to take accountability and own that fact that I was mislead
