Terrible after service

Purchased a bespoke clothing item from this store - item did not fit. Sales asisstant advised us to come in to retake measurements for a remake. A month later no one contacted me to inform me on the progress of this item- I then contacted them and the sales asisstant was extremely rude and said their was an application process for a remake which no one told us about previously. They then emailed me to say that they would not remake it. I then emailed them proof of their sales asisstant promising a remake- no response since then and they have the money that we payed for the item and are avoiding our calls.
