Rude child of champion daughter who did not get proper training on how to behave in front of customers

I was at champion today i asked for a quotation and all of a sudden the owner child started answering me before i even begin to ask the staff she spoke to one of the employees there like a 12 year old who is old enough to be his father just because he was trying to help me and i asked her why are you doing what youbare doing and she told me shenos the manager there .I told her still she does not have the right to be this rude i asked one of the employees who is her name she refused to tell me because she scared to loose her job .She told me she cant do it because she is her HR the daughter of her Directors . My question is does the parents know and if they know about how their kids belittle staff in front of the customers they are fine with it ? im disapointed with you young lady as i have been using that place for over 20 years and never experienced that service but i will wait to see for how long are you gonna be the manager of that shop meaning since you do what was not done by your parents how many customers are you still gonna keep .I feel so sorry for your parents they do not know what they are bringing to their business bringing you to the shop you are rude some of is are not there looking for a job we bring business .
