Vintage Bafana Bafana Jersey Ordered July 2026 Which Is Still Not Delivered

I placed an order from Champion Gearz for a jersey on the 5 July 2026 and it is now 1 September 2026 and I have still not received my order.

My order number is #5150. I have received any communication or delivery date of the order. The expected turnaround of 21 days time has long since passed, and I have received no meaningful communication regarding the status of my order.

I have tried contacting Champion Gearz via email and text messages, but my attempts to get an update have gone unanswered. As a paying customer, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for information about an order that I have already paid for.

I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but what is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of communication and customer service. A simple update explaining the delay and providing a realistic delivery date would have been appreciated. I am therefore requesting that Champion Gearz urgently provide me with: • A clear update on the status of order #5150; • Confirmation of when my jersey will be dispatched; • A definite expected delivery date; and • An explanation for the delay and the lack of communication.

I would appreciate this matter being resolved as a matter of urgency. I simply want to receive the product I paid for and receive proper communication from the company.

Champion Gearz, please respond and provide a clear resolution to this complaint.
