Very very bad service

I am extremely disappointed with Champion Gears. It has been three months and I still haven’t received my order. They never give any updates unless I ask, and every week it’s the same excuse: “wait 2 to 3 weeks.” Nothing changes. Their phone doesn’t go through, and it’s impossible to get real help or answers.

This level of service is unacceptable. I feel ignored and misled, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Champion Gears to anyone until they improve their communication and actually deliver orders on time
