Unhappy customer

I placed an order on the 4th of June 2026 today is 2 of September, they don't even update me when am I going to receive my parcel, when you send them an email asking about your order they ignore you or keep on telling the lies that they are having delays from their international supplier, this company is a ****, I wish they can refund me bcos it shows that they are failing to keep their customers happy...
