Shameful Service
I placed an order with these guys on the 29th of October. It's now the 3rd of December. Still haven't recieved my order and they are refusing me a refund. I've contacted thier WhatsApp help line multiple times and received the same responses. Your products will be delivered in the coming weeks. Beware. You've been warned.

14 Jan 2025, 17:28Update: I EVENTUALLY received the order on the 12th of December after going through hell with their customer service reps. I was refused a refund over and over and was given no choice but to wait for the products to arrive. Given that this was ordered as a gift, this was really disappointing. The order arrived weeks after the birthday that it was intended for. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I won't ever purchase from these guys again.
