********l delivery practices

I ordered and paid for an item on 24 Nov 2025 Order number 3942 and never received tracking or delivery details. when I inquired a week later I was told I would receive idetails within 15-20 days of ordering. that came and went. i asked for details. nonhe was sent. I then saID I ECPECT DELIVERY FOR CHRISTMAS 2025 OR I REQUIRE A REFUND IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN 30 DAYS AS IS REQUIRED BY SOUTH AFRICAN LAW. Christmas is gone and no delivery or tracking dfetails and NO REFUND! this is unacceptable. I shall note on this site every day until a refund is received or the parcel is in hand!
