Good Product, But Delivery & Communication Need Improvement

I eventually received my order, and the product quality is excellent. However, the delivery took far longer than expected, and communication throughout the process was poor. Updates were minimal, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any information. While I’m happy with the item itself, the overall experience could be much better if the store improved its delivery timelines and customer communication.
