Extremely Poor Service – Order Not Delivered

I placed an order with Champion Gearz on 11 September 2025 for Liverpool kits, paying R4,004. Their website stated delivery would take 10–15 business days, yet in an email dated 6 October 2025, they claimed delivery would take 15–20 business days. This is misleading and inconsistent.

Today, 17 October 2025, is the 26th business day since my order, and I have received no tracking information or delivery update. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed extra time, but now the website is down and emails to *** bounce back.

I do not want a refund — I only want my order, but at this point, the company is completely unresponsive. I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and sharing my experience publicly to warn others.

Avoid this company — their delivery promises are misleading, communication is non-existent, and they appear *************.
