Champion Gearz – Worst Retailer I’ve Ever Dealt With

I ordered a jersey from Champion Gearz on 6 May for my husband’s wedding day gift (7 June). It’s now months later — no jersey, no refund, and endless excuses.

When I requested a refund, they claimed they “can’t” because the jersey was already ordered from their international supplier. Now, suddenly, the jersey is no longer available — yet they still refuse to give my money back.

Their so-called updates keep changing: first it’s “already ordered,” then it’s “still sourcing,” then “we’ll refund if we can’t find it”… but now they simply ignore my messages for a refund. The item is outdated, the occasion has passed, and they’ve done nothing to fix it.

Champion Gearz is unprofessional, dishonest, and has zero respect for customers. They take your money, fail to deliver, and hide behind excuses instead of taking responsibility.
