I would give a zero rating if that were an option. This company is extremely unprofessional and shows no accountability. They consistently provide false information and fail to follow through.

I placed my order in November of last year and have been following up ever since. Communication is entirely reactive—they never reach out unless prompted, and even then, each follow-up is met with excuse after excuse.

At this point, I am seriously considering legal action, as their behavior strongly suggests *****ulent practices. There is a clear reason they do not allow public reviews on their page—they are fully aware of their incompetence. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution
