I believe this is a **** operation. Upon order i was advised it would take 15-20 Business to arrive. Those days have come and gone. i am sitting at 35 business days and still my order has not arrived. not even the tracking number i was promised. This is a **** or "mickey mouse" operation that does not deliver on very expensive items. I have requested a refund several times but to no avail. Payment was done via PAYFLEX which i trusted to be a reputable company that does due diligence on who they set up payment portals with. They have a disclaimer that they are not responsible for whether or not we receive the items ordered. But what about the commission they earn from the order? retaining their comms makes them complicit with the *****ulent action. They refuse to refund me even just the comms taken on their side.
