Poor Service! Not Recommended.
They supp**** and installed a D5 Centurion Gate motor at my house on 23 July 2022. While doing the installation, the guy mentioned that my gate track is not level and he'll need to come back and do it at additional cost, and I agreed. The motor stopped working a little over a month after the installation and when I called him he promised to come and fix it countless times but never came. As we speak, I have a gate motor that's not working and I've given up on them.

05 Oct 2022, 21:20Apologies for that we really apologize we had bad communication from our side we had a very busy season. But at least we advised and showed you that your gate needed a new railing for it to drive smoothly. Unfortunately it's not our speciality to do gate railing but we can recommend steel work company to assist in that respect. please let us know if we can assist with that otherwise if that is fixed and you have any problem with the motors we installed we are happy to come and assist. Just a reminder that your motor still has 2year warranty and 1 year workmanship guarantee that we are still committed to assist.
