Connie Zungu the lady working at the timeshare reservations is probably one of the most *********** people I have interacted with in a long time. I send her an email asking if a specific weekend was available. Connie then responded saying that the resort is fully booked. I then asked about another weekend. Once again Connie said they are fully booked. Any competent staff would by then provide the customer with a list of available weekend. But not Connie. She loves playing these "guess which weekend is available at the resort game" too much.
