Shoddy workmanship and service

They replaced the roof on my BMW. A one week job became a 7 week job. Went to collect 3 times when the owner Avid Hussein advised the job was done and each time they redid it. After having incurred costs in car hire and Uber fees, and based on their assuring me the roof seals and paying the balance to get them to release the car, the roof leaks, and you get zero response from them. Their claims of a 6-month warranty are a total joke. As soon as they have your money they are not interested. After taking the vehicle to another provider -pretty much looks like a total redo as the workmanship is so shoddy. Have lodged a complaint with the CGSO.
