Absolutely no service

WE ordered a jumping castle from Chameleon Inflatables in May 2023, we paid the deposit on 27-05-2023, we were told that it would be ready by 7 Julie. After no reply or product, we have tried to contact you several times, we eventually got through and was told it would only be ready by 7 August, later that same day, we called again and was informed that it will be ready 21 August. When we enquired again in the week, we were told that you are busy with stocktake and you dont know when it will be ready as you have other orders that have to go out. we have been trying to phone you, to get in touch with a manager or the owner, but cant reach you. We have sent an email as well as a message on facebook, but no reply!
