Never Online and Very Unhelpfull

<p>This morning 20/03/2017 is the fouth time that my wife has taken our vehicle for police clearance.</p> <p>The first two times the systems was off-line, then on friday 17/03/17 she again went to the Centurion department where she arrived before 12 am, she was then informed that the person working is only on lunch and will be back soon. this never happened. she then got told that the person left early for the weekend and she should come back the Monday which is today 20/03/17. upon her arrival the paper work was done on the system and then she was told that there is no policeman there to do the clearance so she will have to drive to the Waltloo branch, which she has done. she now got told that they are offline and the system can come on in two hours or in two weeks and that she should come back Wednesday and try again. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN ANY DEPARTMENT WE HAVE RECIEVED.</p>
