Goods Damaged by Supplier

On the 28th of April 2015 I delivered my KLR650 motorcycle to Chamdor Veridot and Police clearance. They were paid to apply veridots and to supply a police clearance for the bike.<br> The truck driver employed by them dropped the bike causing approximately R7700.00 worth of damage.<br> I arranged quotations for parts and offered to supply my labour free of charge to do repairs.<br> The owner of Chamdor Veridot and Police Clearance Andrew Gossman admitted to me that his employee caused damage to the bike but refuses to compensate me for the damage.<br> <br> Chamdor Veridot and police clearance also trades as Jakes service Centre and Marty's body and spray
