Bad service delivery !!!!!

<p>I am very disappointed and actually disgusted by your service I’m receiving from the call centre agents I have spoken to Tumi ,William and Janette and they all said my parcels has been send on the 20th ,24th April and 2nd May . Then on the 10th May I spoke to Jennifer and she said that they found my parcels with the Ref Number RC ********** 14ZA and RC ********** 76ZA and she said I will be receiving my parcels by today and I still haven’t received anything yet. I would like to find out what is the hold up with my parcels . I been calling the call centre more than 20 times for this week and nobody could give any answers nor could anyone provide me with any proof that my parcels has been sent, the phone has been dropped in my ear a few times as well. Your services is ridiculous and I would like get answers regarding this asap . I would like to get assistance from a superior who is competent enough to assist me regarding my problem I am experiencing with your services you are providing me with .</p> <p> </p>
