Unprofessional and complete lack of customer service.

Unprofessional. No customer service. No communication. Placed an online order. after receiving absolutely no feedback for over 2 weeks, I emailed them, they then told me the item was not in stock and asked for my banking details for a refund. Thinking I would be receiving my parcel any day now. Nope, was not receiving anything at all, not even an apology either. Pathetic.
