Horrible service in person and online and false advertising

This must be one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time.

I used to go the Chamdor in Krugersdorp but after begin treated poorly i stopped. You would ask some one the cut the fabrics you collected with out anyone's help as they are not responsible for that. Only to be told no that person will do it I am not doing it. You go to the other person and the same thing. They are so rude and unwilling to help any one.

Price are labeled wrong and discount are not as advertised and you only find this out when you go to pay.

After al of these problems I decided to rather order online as it is supposed to be easy.

It is not! I placed an order online I send then emails and whatsapps with no answers for over a week asking what is going on was my order received and so on as I received no response or anything.

After I send a complaint I was told more then half of wat I wanted is no longer available. Special that was running expired due to the delay on there side.

I got upset and was told not to over react.

A week later I still have not received my fabric I paid for and when i ask what is happening I am being told they did reply. They did not.

I will be looking for a different supplier even if it cost me more.
