Exceptionally poor customer service

Exceptionally rude manager, who would not give me his name. I tried to return a rug today, purchased there a week ago, still in original packaging with tags attached. They refused to honour the return AT ALL, manager was rude and dismissive, and basically said they never accept returns on carpets (although there is zero signage to this effect) because people use them and return them. When I pointed out that the item is still in its plastic with the tags attached he shouted over me, insisting that people bring back used carpets. Terrible experience, will not shop there again.
