Don't ever go there!

I am absolutely shocked by the employees of this establishment. After calling this morning and directed to the haberdashery section, the staff member was rude but took my query. She said they would get back to me, and hung up the phone. I was looking for a specific type of rope that the Northriding branch does not have.

After a meeting I called again. As I did not want to be rude, I said that I might have missed their call, but was calling again to see if there was stock. Firstly I was met with a very rude:" I did call but you didnt answer". I apologised and said it was not a problem, but I am calling again to see if they have the rope in stock. "We do have" she said, once again, not in anyway pleasantly. I proceeded to say "Thank you very much, I will see if can come today or tomorrow" This establishment is 45km from my offices, so I asked one of my employess if she could join to see if there was any other needed materials. She agreed and set aside her day to come help. When we get there we have a sample of the rope needed. The habedashery section had one person, who sees our sample and says we must "go look somewhere else". We go through the shop and get redirected back to the habedashery section. I ask again, show the sample and mention that I called earlier. She gets another lady that says she spoke to me on the phone. I then get this answer "I said we dont have, I messaged you to say we dont have" There is no message or missed call from any number from this place. I ask "Can you please phone your other branches and ask for me". The staff walk away with my sample and I wait. They come back leasurely and in their own time.

Why would I drive 90kms if there was NO STOCK?

Asbsolutely horrible experience.

Not a single apology, not a simgle shread of help.
