DON'T buy online!

I'm giving them one star because they have good prices & wide variety. However I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them online. I did read the reviews before I made a purchase, I'm not gonna lie, the reviews are terrible, but I thought I would give them a chance, turns out, the negative reviews were true. I places an order on the 29th of November, they confirmed the payment & stock a few days later then I didn't receive any tracking details, after 7 working days I checked in with them via email they told me theres been some delays in processing due to high demands.. I understood. The package finally arrived & the items were incorrect in colour and material length, I paid for 5m of a fabric and only got 2m, because of my design I cannot use the fabric due to the incorrect length. The other issue was they sent me the wrong colour of another fabric and I also can't use it. I spent over R1000 for these items, some of which I cannot use. I had sent an email with photos and details, I did receive a reply back saying they would investigate & get back to me. I hope they do this promptly before year end closes. Overall, I wouldnt purchase from them if you expect competency and speed. I don't mind the slowness but I do mind receiving the wrong items especially after I paid alot of money for it.
