Chamdor online you are SLOW

Orders from Chamdor are laborious. I did the order online on the 15th November. I paid via their credit card link on the 19th of November which only was reflected on the 21st. Surely that should be instant and they can see the payment immediately?. Today is 7 days later after payment and its only leaving today after a phone call and a nag. So it will be another week until it arrives. Not an online experience I want.
