Chamdor is the WORST!!

Chamdor Edenvale is the WORST!! The owners hate the customers and they hate their staff. Every time I shop there I am treated rudely. The staff are unhelpful and management is completely disinterested. Today I decided to give them another chance for the first time in over a year. I was buying R1500 worth of fabric. I wanted 1 m of 1 of the pieces and there was 1.1 m left on the roll. They refused to cut 1m for me and expected me to pay for the extra fabric that I didn't want. The extra 10 cm would have been 0.3% of the total I was spending. It's not the staff's fault because I expect they are disciplined or fired if they cut a millimetre extra. I'm pretty sure their labour practices are immoral if not *******. The Oriental Plaza is nicer, cheaper and has a better selection. I'm going back to the Plaza.
