Service delivery

I ordered paving bricks on Saturday the 18th June 2022 and I was told delivery will take place once the truck is full, she had 10 pallets already, I give them a call on Wednesday the 22nd June 2022, the lady who answered was rude, she even dropped off my phone call, she just said they will deliver when the truck is full no time frames, I even asked if it's even next year
