Wonderful service, helpful and fast response

<p>I had purchased and item from a different store and was notified at the last moment after payment that they were closed for deliveries(this is another complaint in it own). It was an item I had purchased for a Christmas gift. I took a chance and emailed Chamberlains SIlver Lakes with my dilemma and a description of what I needed. Within and hour or so Yolanda Leech came back to me with all the options available including photos that she had taken of the items on the floor so I could see what they looked like. Within that day she had sent me options, helped me complete payment and arranged delivery for the item, as I could not get to the store, and 2 days later I had the item in my possession. The drivers that delivered the item were friendly and very helpful as one even offered to carry the item to my office for me. It was an absolute pleasure to have proper helpful and friendly service as this does not happen in many customer service industries anymore. Thank you Yolanda and Chamberlains Silver Lakes for your assistance in solving my crisis. I will do business with you again any day.</p>
