Very rude front desk consultant!

Esmeralda from the welcome desk at the front door is very unprofessional and rude, instead of acknowledging a customer she starts by complaining and giving excuses of having a lot to do when a colleague sends a customer for a refund, however when people she knows come through for exchanges or refunds, she becomes this friendly person who smiles and chats….

You are going to get a lot of unhappy customers if she continues with her stinking attitude, she just disappears from the desk without keeping you updated of the next step during a refund process, she needs to up her game or go for a proper customer service training because we don’t expect such service from such a big company.

Esmeralda must fix her attitude. 😡
