Very disappointing first time purchase from Chamberlian online purchase

I was looking to find water features & found the perfect 2 on the Chamberlain's website, on special no less. So I very happily purchased the 2 on my credit card. Was slightly disappointed to find out that they would not deliver but I gotten what I wanted so didn't think it was too much of an effort to go collect. My real anger came when I was told that there was no stock of these items & they did not know when new stock was going to arrive but I could get a refund, only after a few days though. The fact that my purchase went through with no indication that there was no stock is highly unprofessional & what is more the representative seems to be completely uncaring of this fact. So now I start the very irritating process of trying to get my money back. I will update with the results of this.
