THANKS TO CHAMBERLAINS WATERKLOOF GLEN

How can I really say thank you to Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen for their friendly and HIGHLY professional assistance a few days ago? ????

Check it out: My toilet is leaking and the floor is wet. Of course the wife will put pressure on me to fix it as soon as possible. And of course I'm not a plumber ....

So I visited Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen with the idea of buying silicon gel to fix what I was thinking at the time to be a leaking main water storage tank (where the fresh water inflow is coming in).

Silicon gel is really not cheap, more than R300, but when I discussed my query with a Chamberlains sales person, he advised to first try replacing the main seal which is located just below the main storage tank and between the tank and the toilet seat inflow area. The seal costs about R24, MUCH cheaper than the silicon!!!

So I bought the seal and the first time in my life then saw exactly how it all works, and replaced the current old seal which was clearly damaged as I noticed when I took it out.

And voila!!! No more leakage, the floor is now dry and the wife is happy :)

THANKS CHAMBERLAINS!!! You could have made a bigger sale but instead opted to rather give me the best professional help and that way created a new loyal customer!!!!!

Please never change in your attitude towards GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
