Terrible customer service

Chamberlains Riviera has the worst service delivery. We ordered plaster sand early on Friday morning already and was told it will be delivered during the weekend. Monday 7 June 2021 I had to phone multiple times to get someone to assist me on my delivery I was phoned back at 15:00 and was told within in the next 45 min it will be delivered. At 16:30 I phoned again to inform the store that the delivery did not take place and I am still waiting for a call back. The most pathetic service and its not the first time we experience this bad service and not to mention how rude the drivers are that normally deliver the goods. Chamberlains may be famous for hardware but DEFINITELY NOT FOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY!!
