Stay away from Online Orders and Customer Service

Don't use their click and collect system on their website. It's not accurate, the stock quantity is wrong and there is no SLA on when your order can be collected. When you call to figure out what the problem is, they can't assist you and keep on giving you vague answers. At the moment I just want to get a refund and that's also a nightmare.

Update: Edrich from Chamberlains contacted me after a while and he was super helpful, kept me up to date and assisted me in getting my order to the right place and at the promised at. Thanks EDRICH!
