Sad about their character

I am extremely saddened by the service at Chamberlains. Took equipment to be serviced, they lost it and told me they will follow up. I have been there nearly every two weeks and eventually they just don’t know about anything. I kept the legal documents, then they asked for the documents to follow up..guess what, the documents are now lost and I have no claim and nobody knows anything. They proud themselves in the character, but I don’t see any.
