Refused preferred method of refund.

I returned material at Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen, and I was refused a cash refund because the manager says his policy says there are no cash refunds in his store. The Chamberlain policy states otherwise. I've raised a complaint with them and they taking their time to resolve it.
