Promotion price *****ed up by delivery

<p>I went to Chamberlains Centurion to purchase the glass sliding door on special for roughly R2200, normally priced R2850 roughly. after looking for someone to help me for about 20mins, i got the advice i wanted and went to purchase. first i got sent to the wrong counter to arrange for the "free" delivery BOTH consultants said i would receive, after getting the slip to go purchase my wife noticed the price was R2850 instead of the promo price of R2200, i went back to the counter to ask why and was told "because i want it delivered i can't have it at the promo price but have to purchase it at the normal price"". i was never told this by the 3 employees that helped me and that makes NO SENSE! so essentially i am being charged R650 for a "free" delivery service. just because it's on promo. i would have been fine if i was charged a delivery fee of R150 or R200, that i can understand but NOT R650. i left the store with a very bad taste in my mouth and will take my business elsewhere.</p> <p>Kevin </p>
